Jinan Hi‑Tech Dongchuang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., with China Construction First Bureau Group Co., Ltd. serving as the EPC general contractor. Located to the east of Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, the project has a planned construction land area of approximately 94,998.00 m². The project comprises above‑ground and underground sections, with a total of 24 major individual buildings (Buildings 1#‑24#) planned above ground.
Our company is mainly responsible for the construction of six individual buildings in Phase I of the project: Buildings 11#, 16#, 17#, 18#, 23# and 24#, with a contracted building area of about 23,000 m². The above‑ground spaces are primarily used for industrial workshops and supporting facilities, while the underground spaces mainly function as automobile parking garages and equipment rooms.
